I am so thankful for luxury Nail Spa. I went to DaVinci at Walmart on York Commons and they did a horrible job on my nails. Only a week and a half after having acrylics on one of my nails popped off at the base. It hurt so bad. When I walked into luxury the people are so nice and kept telling me to be strong because they could tell how much the nail hurt. They took me and took off my nail after soaking it with acetone and hot water. They are so gentle and I had one lady holding my hand and a gentleman removing my nail. Thank... read more

It's always a good experience when I come here. They're always so gentle with me. Love this place. Although I think the nail techs should get better at nail art designs, especially the younger ones.
I got a pedicure with gel, the tech barely scraped any dead skin and did not clip my toenails. She did a sloppy job painting my toes. I spent $60 plus tax I WON'T be back.
$45 Pedicure last 8 hrs! One nail messed up at the salon so she fixed it.. sat under the lamp for 15 mins.. 3 hrs later another one was messed up... and then 8 hrs later another one the nail polish came off in one whole sheet.. called today they said I could come back and they would fix with same polish.. if I wanted to change it would be $12!!! Obviously there is something wrong with the polish or the way it was applied! I won’t be back! Nor will the person I came with..
