The best service ever, never need to fix anything, once they call my name, its because the job is well done. Been going to this place since they open. Super friendly.
Gino and Geo (I think that's how you spell them) treated my car like royalty, and got rid of all my dog's fur from the interior! It was squeaky clean inside and out. They're the best!
* Edited* - Wonderful customer service to make sure things were made right. Thank you for your assistance and correction of the issue. I was here for the first time this week and was extremely disappointed in my results. I called and left a message with no return call. This was the most expensive car wash I’ve ever had with the poorest results. Fingerprints left on windows, dusty dirty dash left. For $50 this is unacceptable.
If you have over an hour to wait this is a good place to take your vehicle. If you are like the rest of us, I would suggest going elsewhere. I continue to use Karma because I like that it is a hand wash and generally they do a good job, however it has taken longer every time I come and o am seriously questioning why I continue coming here. They did a fantastic job with my car! If you are a car person and you have a deep appreciation for your car this is the place to go! They treat your car like a king and make sure every little detail is perfect! I have a 2012 mustang and I love my car so much. I couldn't stop smiling on the way home because of how clean it was after the wash. I will be returning to Karma again in the future for more washes!
So I do like this place and get my car washed here from time to time when I am in town visiting. Brought my car in this weekend and got the ultimate wash. The car looked really good when I picked it up at a quick glance. I am staying about 10 miles from Karma. I can be a little more picky being that I once did detailing and car washes. Inspected the car better once I got back. I know I did not get a full blown detail wash but there was still dirt and grime in the cup holders.
