The only place I recommend my other car enthusiast friends where to go, if they aren't in the mood to wash their car. My car leaves this place glowing every single time. They know I'm picky and they make still serve me, much appreciated guys!
I really like this place, I was told about Karma because of the hand washing which is a huge plus for me. I have a black car and normal washes/brushes show swirls/scratches. With the 2 bucket wash I don't have to worry about the scratches. The car was cleaned very well. Inside and out. I will absolutely come back and highly recommend this to anyone who cares about the quality of the wash.
A real hand wash?! How awesome! These guys are amazing and very professional. The second time I went, Nicole (Nicole & Josh are the owners) even remembered my name. Now I know why Norm kept going back to Cheers. Given how many customers they have, I was completely impressed. I loved this place so much, I just bought the monthly membership. Best way to describe Karma; they make you feel at home.
I love supporting any small business! Every time I've come here my vehicle looks brand new. I love that they are hand washing and detailing everything by hand. The good ol' fashion way:) Plus the owners are great and the staff are always so friendly! These guys put there money where their mouth is. Great service, quality care and excellent customer service. Best in Round Rock! I hope they can expand soon because the business model here is great and they go green�

Unhappy. I scheduled an appointment for interior detailing priced at $99.00 and up. Arrived to find out the price would be 3-4 times higher. I have a Honda Accord. To their credit, Joshua, the owner/manager came out to explain that the car was too dirty for a regular estimate and would require 3-4 hours of work, not 1. I have an older car that just needed a good cleaning and wasn't willing to pay that amount. I explained that to Joshua and told him that I felt the need to post this review. Great Team.... These guys get you in and out with a great shine...!!! The CREW IS amazing...!! Great LEADERSHIP....!! Even the Owner get his hands dirty too...!!!
