They did a good job, I just wasn’t prepared for the 3 hours wait I should have planned better.
I worked here for 6 months and recently quit about a month ago for numerous reason. One reason is I drive from Killeen to get to work and more often then not I would always be there before the manager who lived 15 minutes away. Not only would I beat him there but we would open up late bc he could not arrive in time. This same manager David Guzman not even a week before I quit gave permission to his three nephews to all leave work early bc they wanted to go fight someone who was talking crap on Snapchat. I have been a loyal customer since Karma opened in Round Rock, however I will never return due to the way I was treated today. I left work early to arrive by 4PM (as per the website, Karma closes at 5PM). Once I arrived, I was informed that the manger had "things to do today", so decided to close early. The website says Monday and Tuesday are by appointment only. I showed up for my appointment 15 mins early and they're was already someone waiting. The guy in front of me was a walk-in; he scheduled an appointment while he was standing at the counter. Even though the clerk had already confirmed my name and appointment time, they still took that douche bag's truck in ahead of mine. I had wait 40 mins for them to end start working on my car. This place is phenomenal! Not only is the customer service great, but their work is exceptional. Thanks to Gavin and the rest of the team for doing such a great job. I will definitely be back!
The Good: The quality of their service is excellent. The BAD: You never know when this bunch is going to be open or what they are open for on any given day. I have wasted my last trip to this business! If you are wanting your vehicle cleaned I suggest you call ahead to verify if they are open and what they are willing to do that specific day. Wonderful service from staff....TERRIBLE management.
