Very professional. And a great price for the service they provided. I took a trip to South Padre Island with two kids and three dogs in my new truck (<2,000 miles). My truck looked brand new when they were done.
I've been here a few times now and have been pleased every time. Quality has been very consistent so far, and I can tell the main guy (can't remember his name) puts in that little bit of extra effort where he can. I just wanted to say that it doesn't go unnoticed and is very much appreciated. Keep up the great work guys!
I’ve taken my Corvette to Karma in Round Rock several times now. Outside of hand washing it myself, this is the only place I’ll take it. They always get the wheels clean and pay attention to the exhaust pipes so that they’re just beautiful. I usually only get the basic $26 wash and take it home and do the “detail” myself. I find that there isn’t much I have to do - they’ve wiped down the door jams and the hatch and around the body panels. I will say that when they’re busy, you can spend some time there. If you are worried about brushes this place does a full hand wash. People are always polite and respectful. At times they can get busy but that is how it goes with good quality hand washes. Lets face it a hand wash is better than a machine anyday.
This is the only place I’ll bring my car too best quality and they take great pride in there work
With only 2k miles on my new car, I came to karma with hopes to avoid imperfections in the paint that comes along with most automatic car washes. A Hand wash for a SUV � $50 bucks! ok cool, but I do expect a complete job! Over all, the wash was good but tons of water spots left behind. The worker gentlemen told me not to park next to sprinklers any more.... and if I wanted them gone I had to pay extra on top of the $50.00.
