The office staff at this office is completely incompetent. My child was sick on a Friday and I called in the morning and had to call back several hours later because no one called. The receptionist told me my call had been forwarded to a doctor who was not there. I got no apology and I was then told it was too late to bring my child in to be seen. Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment
