Sprayed me with freezing agent without asking and charged me for every spray. Charged me the highest office visit level. Called the office and the billing lady thought it was amusing and told me "that's dermatology for you". She offered the advice that I should have stopped him. Horrid bedside manner.

what can I say.....was escorted into an exam room, waited 15 minutes, the Dr walked in..... no "I'm Dr. Trimble", no "Hello Mr. P" I was told to lay down on the exam table and before I knew what was happening he was spraying my back with a 'freezing agent'. I tried to ask him about MY concerns....to which he quipped "oh, that's just a wisdom spot" When he finished spraying he walked out of the room leaving an aid to give me instructions on the care of my 'frozen' spots. UNBELIEVEABLE

I believe his support staff misdirected me for further treatment for skin cancer leaving much uncertainty for options for care based on my Medicare insurance .I chose to go to another dermatologist who would take the consideration to assist me.

You go in, he doesn't ask any questions he just starts blasting with the liquid nitrogen. He charges for every blast. Better deny you want this done or you can be in the 500.00 dollar range b4 you know it. If you have a PPO, this is his money maker. Does the same thing for husband and I, at different appointment times. Husband had the facial chemotherapy, the office assistant performs the procedure. They never follow up! Have never gone back...
