Took my explorer in for a recall. I was told, while my vehicle was there that my brakes were down to 2mm and needed changing very soon. Took the vehicle to my father in laws shop 2 weekends later, and the brakes measure 5mm (front) and 6mm (rear). Get a second opinion before you do business with these folks.
Service was provided with ease. Good communication. I would recommend Karl Flammer Ford for your next service
