The last couple of times ive had my oil changed and tires rotated, the technician has NOT trained my tire rims so the low tire sensor is activated,,tires are up to specs air pressure The bad part about this is that I asked the service young lady to double check with the technicians she was told absolutely Now it could be sensor gone bad
i just bought my third vehicle there after an accident that damaged my car considerably. I traded the wreck plus the insurance money for payment against the new car i bought from them. they told me the couldn't give me blue book value on my car because the accident would show and devalue the car . i believed them and took about 2500 less . now i look on their website and see the car listed for 9000 more than i was given. this price certainly would have allowed them to give me fair value, but they decided they could lie about... read more

We went to Karl Flammer today and have experienced a bait and switch. We had the pleasure of having this done to us by Mike from Illinois. If other professionals did what he did to us today they would loose their license. I do not recommend this dealership unless you are prepared to put a deposit on a vehicle that was not the one you were shown. Nice way to treat people. Then to be told when we are leaving happy travels. We can take our business elsewhere.
FAIL. 1st...we are a Ford family. I have a Taurus Limited, with warranty, extended. Took her in for a front end issues, got charged $700 for related but not included. Still had front brake issues and told them...the said nothing wrong. i have recorded the sounds when applying pressure. My husband took brakes out and replaced bc the ones installed failed.
