RecommendedI have purchased a vehicle from Karl flammer Ford 2 years ago and after having the vehicle for two years I was able to sell it directly back to them they pay it off in full and a few months later I went back to them and purchased a brand new 2018 they've always taken care of me and I've been dealing with the same people for years between the financing Department and the sales rep are family oriented and always have looked out for me and my family's best interest
The last 5 years of doing business with these people have been a nightmare!!! Especially the “service “ department! Or should I say lack of service department!!!!
Got ripped off, traded in a brand new car at 18 years old, not knowing any better, they gave me 5k for it and then still made me pay 7 more thousand for a mustang that had 100k miles on it and year was 2006. Just disappointing to know they took advantage of a kid still in high school that didn’t know any better.
Went in for a problem with my AC. Was told I needed a new evaporator at a cost of $ 1750.00. The problem ended up being a broken piece with the recirculating system. I went back and explained the problem to the service advisor and showed her the broken part. All she wanted to do was argue with me that I was wrong. I was told I needed to speak to the service manager if I wanted a refund on the misdiagnosis. After waiting 30 min to no avail I gave up. If you go here for a repair I recommend you get a second before any repairs.
my wife and I just purchased a car at Karl flammer. Our salesman was Dave. I would highly recommend everyone to stop by and see Dave for a great deal. he was considerate kind thoughtful and gave us a great deal. Karl flammer Ford Dave rocks !!!! I have never received better service or even friendliness at any other car dealership or service department and I have been everywhere from Jacksonville to Tampa. Big shout out to Rob for always going the extra mile and taking care of my vehicle and making sure everything in our service plan is taken care of. I definitely will always be back for service at this location and this location only!
I just completed the purchase of my 2014 Ford SVT Raptor from Flammer Ford and was pleased with the fine communications from Dave during the entire process. He had me on a watch list so I got first shot at buying this incredibly well maintained vehicle. From the initial contact, thru the negotiation and final finance process the professionalism was pervasive. Great people, great place to buy a car.
I have 3 fords and will not be returning to have any service work done ! They raised the price of the works oil change package up to $60 now and would not match a coupon that I brought back the following day as it had slid between my seats They expected me to use the coupon from a competitor dealer the next time I need an oil change ....I said I need new tires and other work done but now I’ll go to Port Richey Ford because they would not refund me $20
Darlene is the best service adviser. Always gets things done properly and with a smile. All places should have a darlene.
