We had scheduled a detailing of my ford expedition for 8 am. I was there on time to drop it off. It was scheduled to take 4 hours. For some reason it was not started till noon with a completion at about 4. The car was done at 4 and someone was going to pick me up. They never came and when I called at 5:30 the driver had gone home for the day. I was told the $150 charge was now $190. I paid it so I could come pick up my car by 7:30 when the sales office closed.
