Great care
I would not recommend Dr. Radley's office. Dr. Radley was friendly and helpful, although we got little follow up to concerns about a milk allergy. The reason we are not going to return is her front office staff; they are very rude. We tried to make an appointment in person during our lunch hour because they would not return calls, the receptionist was very unfriendly and acted annoyed at us, even rolled her eyes. We will not go back.
Doctor is never in. Your cannot ever get call backs if you have problems or need an appointment. Office never returns calls. Family members have all tried her and have since found other reliable doctors. We always have to go to the Instacare because we cannot get in to see this doctor. This doctor will leave you frustrated with the poor service.
New patient, recent retiree from CA. Staff very courteous and pleasent to deal with. Dr Radley was on time and very thorough in her history taking. I came merely to establish with a new local doctor. It was a painless experience and I hope all the rest of my interactions with this office and doctor go as smoothly. My girlfriend whom I referred also saw her recently and was mutually impressed and satisfied. Good doctors are worth their weight in gold. Dr Radley seems like one.
It's been my experience that this office has UNRESOLVABLE ISSUES with COMMUNICATION and MEDICAL BILLING. I REACHED OUT to Dr. Karen Radley's office to make certain my insurance company was paying them properly. I asked them to contact me when they had the results of their research. After not hearing from Dr Karen Radley's office for months, I discovered they put me out for collections for $20. I tried to resolve with Medical Billing to no avail. No good deed goes unpunished I guess.
