I had been experiencing some alarming symptoms for a couple of years. My Salt Lake City primary care doctor explored the obvious culprits with no explanation or solution found. These alarming symptoms continued. Upon my first visit with Dr Karen Radley, explaining my history, she listened, was thoughtful about all tests i had received and symptoms. She then sent me for an evaluation that nailed the culprit. She may have in fact saved my life.I find Dr Radley to always be present, intent on listening and understanding my conc... read more
My experience was that I was made to feel a bit less than human. I didn't feel seen as a person, it was very uncomfortable. Then it got to the point that ones in training were sent in to ask me questions before the dr came in--then she'd come in, ask the same things, and they discussed me like I was a lab specimen or something--so that was it for me. Hopefully they've changed but I wouldn't know since I won't go back.
We have been seeing Dr. Radley for 10 years. Because she takes her time to get to the root of health issues, she has saved my life 3 times and my husband's once. If you like being a number on a chart and seeing doctors that schedule 15 minutes per patient to collect more insurance monies-(been there, done that) don't go to Dr. Radley. I recently referred another friend to Dr. Radley and was told her reviews were not all that good with waiting times too long. Because she takes all the time necessary with each patient to get t... read more
I've been to Dr. Radley with my daughter and have tried contacting her office with questions. Dr. Radley is good and her nurse practitioner is good, too. But her office staff has no business dealing with the public. Not friendly. Not responsive. Not caring. I would use Dr. Radley as my regular family doctor if it weren't for the front office.
I've only been to Dr Radley's a couple of times but I am very impressed with her bedside manner I guess you should call it or as I stated about her wanting to care for your health and help you get better. Just the other day I had a zoom meeting with her because I had problems with my sleeping and couldn't get to my appointment and she was very caring and helping me try to figure out how to sleep better. I'm going to do what she says.
Not very good. Dr. Radley does very little to help you in any situation. She could literally do my annual physical over the phone.(very hands off) They ask me the same questions over and over again and when I get the appointment summary, nothing had been changed. I also got a call from someone in the office asking if I had time to answer a few questions. I said that I did. They continued to ask the same questions that they ask on every visit. I didn't think anything of it until I received a bill. When I called to inquire abo... read more
Dr. Radley is clear, kind, thorough, and sensible. And her nurse, Bootsie, is warm, funny, and attentive. Highly recommend.
Go somewhere else! These Utah Doctor’s, I feel, need more training. She will not try & find the problem to your illness.
I like Dr. Radley, but not her staff or phone system. No return calls from the MAs. Really is not being run well. I wish Dr. Radley would require better service to her patients.
