If you have major damages like suspension or none visible damage you would need to get your vehicle inspected by an independent inspector to make sure the repairs made to claim I had major suspension damage claimed by Kara’s Dapto onto my insurance that where never repairs took place Do not trust them they or your insurance as there is no inspection done assessor’s Kara’s is a ripoff
