Went into Kapp Auto looking for a specific car. Spoke with Carson and he didn’t have one on his lot but said he could find us one. The next day he called us back and had found 2 different ones for us to choose from. He had the car delivered the next day and we purchased it the following day. Carson was great to work with, sending us pictures and all the information we needed, Colt was great through all of the financing and fun paperwork! I will be purchasing from Kapp auto sales in the future for sure!
Jordan and Carson were both awesome at taking care of me and getting me approved for a fully loaded Ford Flex. I have been impressed with the car itself and any minor issues I may have, both Jordan and Carson have been phenomenal at taking care of me and my car. I definitely will be buying another car from them down the road and will recommend my family and friends to Kapp Auto Sales. This place knows how to take care of it’s customers.

No better than any other used dealership. Just better at hiding it behind newer cars. Would’ve gotten 5 stars if they didn’t make it impossible to honor their promises that they put on paper.
