I would not recommend anyone to them. I bought a truck from them about a month ago, and I've found nothing but problem after problem with it. They hide everything wrong with the truck. I've called them and they will do nothing about it worst dealer I've ever seen if anyone is thinking about going to them dont.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! My son purchased a 2008 Ram 2500 about a month ago. The turbo is now seized. He purchased the extended warranty, which covers the turbo, but will not cover "PRE-EXISTING" conditions. So he must pay to replace the turbo on his own. A warranty for a used vehicle either partly or wholly sold by WHEELZ (AAGI) is a scam. Every used vehicle problem may be considered pre-existing at their judgment. It in no way implies the items that the dealer checked on the form will be covered. Myself I have bought 4 vehicles from them but as a collective family we are around 30 and we gladly refer friends to this wonderful business. And when the time comes I will be buying from them again.
In the past we've bought 6 vehicles through Kapp, every experience has been great and we will continue to go back. I have never once felt pushed into a deal or felt as if I was being lied to, I always recommend friends and family there because I know they will receive the same treatment.
I purchased a vehicle at the Clinton location about a week ago--So far it's been a great experience! Carson and Colt were super easy to work with and I honestly feel like I got a great deal. Worth the drive from Wyoming!
Horrible experience just to even look at a car, not test drive just look. The dealer has little to no knowledge of the car I was just looking at. one place down of where I'm never buying a car even if it was my only option, I'd assume walk.
