They are great, the staff is so nice and understanding.. The vets are the best Dr. Susie is so understanding, caring, and patient..
The level of professionalism & thoughtfulness toward a very sensitive situation is a little left to be desired.
I can’t thank the ENTIRE staff at Kantzer’s enough for helping me take care of my little boy. Butter is 13 and still has the spirit of a 4 year old. He has developed arthritis and a hernia and if it wasn’t for Dr Susie and the nurses I don’t know what I would do. They have answered my phone calls and talked me through helping him when I have been completely incoherent and hysterically sobbing.
