Seem to have lost all compassion
not all the staff are rude and treat you like nuisances but enough do to make your visit very unpleasant. And the few times I've managed to see the vet all they do is run in and back out just to say they saw you. Then you add on the way they do buisness now telling you to show up early to get a number in Hope's of seeing means you could wait for hours to get told to leave. I suggest you find a different vet one that they and their people actually care about you and your fur babies

Dr Randy , Dr Susie and the staff are caring individuals who treat the animals and the pet parents with compassion and kindness. Dr. Randy went above and beyond by meeting us at his office tonight when they were closed so our beloved dog Luke didnt have to suffer overnight. me and my wife took Pumba over there to get checked out there's no growling no whining no nothing he just sat there like a good little boy they were gentle with him so I highly recommend this veterinarian in Marion Ohio
Dr. Randy and Dr. Susie are both amazing and excellent with not only pet care but working with the "parents" and understand how attached we become to these beautiful creatures. When we added a new puppy recently, Gretchen asked if we should switch to a vet in Delaware and not have to make that drive. We both voted that the quality of care is worth the 35 minute drive for our pets.
