We were heading in to see a dog named Rocky. I had called while i was on my way to tell them that i wanted him and they said, since you are close we will put him on hold and you can pay the hold fee when you get here... So i arrive and told the desk i was here to pay the fee and visit, and they told me i had to visit before i could put the hold on him. We got most our dogs and cats including kittens here with no problems exclent care and they were well taken care of we have adopted from you guys since the first year you openend keep it up we plan on stopping in again real soon plus they helped us find our cat and dogs we have or had lost so with all you guys do and with everything you guys do to get ready to adopt them out I want to say thank you Keep up the good work and all dogs and cats including puppies and kittens have all shots micro chips and health gaurentee and th... read more
Your upfront (staff or volunteers) leave alot to be desired. Your adoption "method" is poor too. You are only allowed to view all available animals online at one time and if you pick one to view you can only view two per day??? To bad there are no pics or details online. I'm not driving over everyday to see a different cat everyday. It's almost like they do not want you to adopt them. When we were finally able to see a few kittens we did get one only because another volunteer was a little kinder. This place needs a make over... read more
I adopted my dog from them I tried to get her out for over 9 days because she was hurt when I finally got her out and took her to the vet she had a fractured arm that now is going to have to be amputated because it was never treated there.. so because of the bad treatment she is loosing her leg not only that but they knew something was wrong with her leg and didn't even give her pain pills!
