From day one with him to post surgery, Dr. Dierckman explained everything. When he later met with my wife while I was in recovery, He suggested that we video the conversation, so I could view the message when I was at home about what to do post recovery. Due to my high level of pain I was given an immediate appointment - then an MRI was scheduled quickly and I was fit into his schedule for follow up and immediate treatment. I have been going to Dr Molnar for a very long time. He is an excellent doctor- very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I recommend Dr Molnar and his staff.

I am a workman’s comp patient, and usually as a WC patient I’ve noticed that I was treated differently(not as nice or professional). But since I’ve been coming to Elite, I’ve noticed that my treatment and or the business is no different than anyone else’s. This made me feel like not only was I receiving premium treatment, but everyone in the clinic was receiving that same Elite Care. Kudos to Dr. Dierckman and the entire Elite Staff.
He is very knowledgeable and I felt he was treating my situation by what I needed to get back to living a comfortable lifestyle.
I’ve had over 25 Orthopedic Surgeries, 4 of which were Total Joint Replacements. Most were the result of firefighting injuries, but many were from weightlifting, using very heavy weights up to age 58. Yesterday, Dr. Dierckman did yet another Total Joint Replacement, my Right Hip. He had to redo my knee that someone else messed up. I now can walk and I’m so thankful for him. The whole experience was just incredible. Everyone so caring. Yesterday was my 1 year since surgery and I’m great!
Dr. Molnar is so knowledgeable and has been a good experience. Friendly, helpful and always explains all my questions.
