Very professional and explained well.
This was my second surgery with Dr. Dierckman. He and his staff were respectful, throughly explained all aspects of the surgery, and responded to my calls in a timely manner. I felt as though I could trust them to treat me and my situation as an individual and not as just another patient and surgery preformed numerous times before.
The team always did great explaining the issues I was having, explaining how to best treat the issues, and have been honest and realistic about the future ahead of me with my condition. My surgeries went smoothly, my recoveries have been decent, and I am in less pain now than before.
This second Total Knee Replacement is going so well! Minor bruising. Super happy so far!
Dr. Dierckman is a highly skilled and exceptional orthopedic surgeon which he combines with compassion to formulate a personalized treatment plan for his patients. Throughout my daughter’s treatment, he continually prioritized her recovery and long term mobility with his treatment recommendations. I would highly encourage anyone needing his skill set to book a consultation with Dr. Dierckman. He is truly one of the best hip preservationists in the country!
Through Calming
Very professional he explained everything. Took all the time to explain and I never felt him rushing or blowing me off. I felt very calm and relaxed before my surgery. After surgery Dr. Dierckman talked to my wife and had her video him on what to do and not to do postoperative and if she had anymore questions. This was a 4 minute video.
