The worst customer service I've ever experienced. This practice has the worst management. When things go wrong and they make a mistake, rather than focusing on customer service recovery, they focus only on how to make themselves look right. The communication is awful. I was told by the practice manager "word by word" that "your expectation of us is irrelevant". We had one visit there and will never go back again. Unbelievable!!!! Never been treated so disrespectful.

Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes
