I have read through most of the reviews and must say how disappointed I am in some of the responses.. I have been working with Deborah Vaughn and her assistant Amanda for the last 2 years. I have always felt they had my best interest at heart and wanted me to win my case. It's NOT always the attorney, but the clients behavior and your doctors notes in your files that are of the upmost importance part in winning your case. I was denied my SSDI the first time around, and I was desperate and homeless, and KN, took on my case, and within 90 days I had my disability approved with the back pay owed. Deb Vaughn was/is my attorney and she is amazing. She answered all my questions, and always returned my calls. She made me know that mattered. I am honestly alive because they helped me.
Do not contact Kalfus and Nachman for social security disability application. This firm is dishonest in their television commercial regarding the service they will provide for the initial contact with the social security administration. I found out the hard way.
My daughter sat on a jury years ago where attorneys from Kalfus & Nachman were representing an injured person. The Kalfus & Nachman attorneys were so impressive in court, my daughter told me to call Kalfus & Nachman when I was injured in a crash. Christopher Jacobs from Kalfus & Nachman was my attorney and he was great. He filed suit and pressed forward with a trial date scheduled, and forced a settlement even when the person who hit me did not have nearly enough insurance coverage.
