Started off a little shaky with the communication, but Kalfus and Nachman made it right quickly and decisively. I was thoroughly satisfied with the communication and updates after the second attorney took charge of my case. When I booked a non-refundable flight from Hawaii to Norfolk, and paid for non-refundable hotel reservations, for my court date, and then the other side decided to settle at the last minute, K & N adjusted their cut to help out.
