RecommendedThis company is a great law firm. They get things done in a timely manner and have very polite employees. Their customer service is nothing short of impeccable, and the rate at which they handle cases is second to none.
Strung along and lied to. Last time I met with my attorney I was told a lawsuit was filed. Then months later I received a letter stating they weren’t going to file a lawsuit and they were dropping me. I literally have two months to find another attorney and go after my personal injury damages. Thanks a lot guys.

Not pleased at all, over 2 1/2 years still no money, I wish I would have known my actual starting 3 attorneys were in Norfolk and not Roanoke. Insurance sent my check to the Norfolk office about a month ago and I still have to wait for it to reach Roanoke, then wait for it to clear that bank, then wait for them to pay my insurance company and hospital bills. Then wait to get a call to drive 45 minutes and get my check and still wait for it to clear my bank. I'm very disappointed. I blame K&N for me having to file bankruptcy.... read more

I was in a crash and the insurance company dragging their feet were delaying things and Christopher Jacobs at Kalfus & Nachman filed suit against the defendant. Chris prepared me well for trial and made me feel comfortable in presenting my case. He communicated with me about my case and always returned my calls.
