PLEASE SHARE!!!!! MY MOTHER HAS BEEN AT ST. LUKE'S BAPTIST HOSPITAL FOR A WEEK NOW. SHE IS REALLY ANAL ABOUT HER BELONGINGS SO SHE HAD BEEN SLEEPING WITH HER WALLET UNDER HER PILLOW. (THANK GOD) HER PURSE WAS LOCATED TO ON THE DRESSER NEXT TO HER BEFORE HOUSEKEEPING WENT IN. MY MOTHER WOKE UP TO THE LADY COMING OUT OF THE RESTROOM WITH HER PURSE. THIS HOSPITAL HAS THE WORST BILLING DEPARTMENT IVE EVER DEALT WITH. I have done the research with Medicare and have told them how to fix the error and they are still incompetent. I should not have to research with Medicare!!! The phone system is useless and no one will follow up.
