Horrible. Kept my daughter hostage when she was brought in, and straight up refused her access to her phone to stay in contact with us. Required us to go through them and use hospital phones instead, Then when she wanted to leave they would not let her. They were over an hour late taking blood to test for internal bleeding. If she had internal bleeding she would have been dead before they got around to doing their job.
ALWAYS ISSUES AT THE PHARMACY... CHARGING FOR A 30 DAY SUPPLY BUT NOT GIVING 30 DAY WORTH OF MEDICATION
In my opinion this hospital has absolutely zero concern about newborn health. My daughter was born with several holes in her heart and it took the physician all day to even read the results and then he didn’t even bother to come to speak with us he just told the nurse to send us home and that everything was “normal” it wasn’t until we requested her medical records that we were informed. RecommendedJust had a septoplasty/ turbanoid removal done today! Due to covid my mom couldn’t join me and it was my first surgery, the staff did not leave my side or allow me to worry! Sarah was my nurse and was fantastic, as was the entire staff!! they all were very kind and attentive to my care. Even when i rolled into the procedure room everyone introduced themselves and told me exactly what they were doing! had me discharged in 2 1/2 hours!
Recommendedwaiting time was perfect. very cautious staff.

The lack of medical attention to COVID admitted patients is alarming. From the time EMS left my father at the hospital to 5 days in. Reports to the Director and floor nurses go ignored. He isn’t being taken care of. Nurses are neglecting him. Every time he calls a nurse, they ignore him. It is life threatening not only to my dad but any other patients seeking medical care. My elderly Mother had a cardiac procedure at PBG Medical Center on Tuesday 9/25/2020 & then had to stay overnight. Her surgery went well & her doctor was great. Her stay on the 3rd floor (room 336) was NOT. Because of COVID, she couldn't have visitors so she was alone. She was largely ignored by the nursing staff, which is terrible considering the doctor's instructions for post-surgery were that she couldn't move for a minimum of five hours because of the procedure she had.
