My elderly mother is totally disabled, she needs assistance moving, going to the bathroom, she cannot walk without her walker and can not go very far, she CANNOT wheel herself in a wheelchair. She especially cannot for any of these things after a fall. You deny her having a care taker/loved one there to take care of these needs. Make it easy for customers to get a message / talk to their doctor. On Thursday I called 800-464-4000 to have a consultation with a specific doctor, I was told I needed to call 424-328-2460 on Monday since their offices would be closed on last Friday. On the Kaiser Website this doctor's phone number is published as 310-325-5111. I called the 424 number and it was a recording. Just because we are in COVID pandemic doesn't mean you should remove the appointment option. I pay about $1200 a year for premium medical care the sad part is i probably visit the doctor 1-2 times a year. You guys are making big bucks from client like myself.
