Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room. Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from
