Honestly, USELESS! Kaiser REALLY needs to make a huge effort to change the "loopholes" at the so called Mental Health Dept. Lack of interdepartmental communication, no patient follow up after intake, clueless to urgency in a persons mental state
I have been going to the encounter group that has been offered,and have been attending the group session for over a month for substance abuse. I feel encouraged to see and address my reason and issues related to my abuse.
