I love that I can take my kids to see a doctor at a facility strictly for youth. They even have their own pharmacy.
Dr. Wendy Cerny has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was a baby. She always takes the time to listen to any questions that I may have. If she's running late, she's always sure to give a sincere apology which I really appreciate.
My son received the same professional care at this facility that we always experience at Kaiser--professional and caring.
My son's previous pediatrician Dr Steven Chou works out of this office and is amazing. He helped get the ball rolling for my son to see a ENT specialist because he suspected he had Sleep Apnea. He was correct!
The pediatric department is pretty busy, but the healthcare providers are always compassionate and helpful. Getting an appointment is convenient when using the automated attempt.
Kaiser pediatrics is great. There are many doctors to choose from so you can find one that your kids like. I love that you can communicate with them using email and they always get back to you in less than 24 hrs.

I like this place. Was with Sutter, which is great too, so I wasn't too happy to leave, but Kaiser has been good. Pharmacy open on Sundays, mammograms are walk-in. Dated decor- feels a bit grungy at times- hence, the 4 stars.
Kaiser keeps you informed about all upcoming tests and current visits with a very nice web portal. I have had no trouble booking appointments or getting answers to questions. I am very happy my employer gives me the option to choose Kaiser
