Everyone in the pediatrics department is kind and helpful. The pharmacy and labs take care of orders extremely quickly and it is rare that we are not called in within 10 minutes of registration even if we are 15 to 20 minutes early for our appointment.
With health care being very important the older you are, its comforting to have a health care plan and facilities such as Kaiser. I've had nothing but good to say about my experiences.
Very friendly front desk staff! We have Dr. Cerny and we love her. The pharmacy is quick and friendly as well.
Dr. Ken Hempstead is a wonderful pediatrician, has taken care of both my kids for 11 years. Wait time as at most doctors offices is horrible unfortunately.
