We made the switch to Kaiser about a year ago and couldn't be happier. We were really nervous given some horror stories we had heard years ago, but the doctors and speed of service have been amazing. Our boys have had excellent preventative care and any time they needed to see a doctor urgently they were able to get in right away. The speed and service is above and beyond better than what we ever experienced with Sutter. For families with young children, I highly recommend this office and its doctors for preventative care.
My son's pediatrician Dr Steven Chou was in this building. The staff are all helpful and supportive here. Very kid and family friendly environment and well organized.
I find it amazing that I can email my doctor and often have an answer back the same day. My doctor even sends prescriptions to the pharmacy when I send her a picture. I have always gotten excellent service and results from using the Kaiser medical system I would highly recommend them.
Long gone are the days of Kaiser having a bad reputation. It is state of the art with fantastic facilities easily accessible, and they actually encourage telephone visits! Love them!
Love my kids pediatrician. He has seen my boys since birth and I like that. Always easy to get in for an appointment.
Doctors are great, convenient if you need prescriptions - one stop health care. Too bad all providers are the same.
I love this office. Everyone is very friendly. We see Dr. Arca and she is amazing with my daughters. The pharmacy is very quick as well.
Large office and parking is a challenge. Staff are very kind and helpful. I am not fond of the extra large area with the potential of being surrounded by sick kids.
This location is excellent. It's a pediatric center however; they do have pharmacy on location and I have my doctor send all my prescriptions there since it's so close to my work and I usually never stand in line.
