The doctors and staff are great. Sometimes you get mistakes like having to wait forever because someone forgot to get a prescription in or check you in correctly but overall not bad. Though I feel like the plague is going to get me when I walk thru the door. Germs. Germs. Germs!
Great professionals who work very hard for Kaiser's clients. Have no faults except slow prescription mail in service
Went to a very well loved dr here, she just retired and now the hunt is on for a new great dr. Always on time and courteous.
They are very efficient in the lab & pharmacy at this location. I walked in & waited less than 15 minutes for each service.
We have Dr Mitchell as our pediatrician. She is amazing!!! Always coming in with a smile and is super great with my kids!
I have been going to Kaiser for a few years now and I give this place 4 stars due to their level of care. There are times when I feel like my children's pediatrician just rushes through the appointment doesn't give my children the care that they need. There's been a time I had to ask for a blood test to be done for allergies because my son kept breaking out with a rash. I don't love the long wait at this facility. But the care we have received has been quite good. We are happy with kaiser.
We just switched to Kaiser and couldn't be happier with our new family doctor. Dr. Edwin Boco is professional yet caring and has a great office staff too!
I take my children to Dr. Rick Anaka and he's wonderful! he's kind, out going, funny, and answers all questions I have no matter how silly they may be. He takes his time and never rushes to get to the next patient. I am very happy to have found such a great Doctor.
