It's late so I can't write for long but I want to post my absolute disgust for this HMO. They may be great if you aren't sick or even if your medically needs are mainstream but IF you have an injury or illness that is NOT textbook...you are as good as dead or better of dead. I have been a member for 32 years, had 7 pregnancies 6 live births and a few other maladies that where treated with no complaints! Rather useless staff... really sad when a guy is passing out and falling down in a hall way clearly havng issues movng around, and your staff has to question whether they should get me a wheelchair and move me to where I need to be, or just walk off and call security... after the money I spent to go to this hell hole, I am very displeased.

This place killed my grandma. If you wanna live go somewhere else especially dr marrujo. He is worthless and should not be a dr. Literally just let my grandma die and did nothing to save her.

I hate the urgent care. I always go and end up having to go back the next day. How can a five year old be pooping blood and you send her home. Now I am stuck with the call center closed, no appointment in the future and another copay to pay for the next doctor to do the job correctly.

So we spent the weekend at the emergency room for kidney stones. Told we need to see a urologist first thing Monday morning. Sent home with narcotics to get us by till we can see someone. Call to make the appointment and was told we can't be seen for a week. I call and talk to a nurse and was pretty much told that drugging up every 4 hours is my only hope to get thru till Friday. So Kaiser would rather have us on narcotics for a week then make an emergency appointment?? That's what I was told.
