Colorectal cancer survivor Kaiser Riverside helped save my life! That's worth 5 stars in my book.
Kaiser has been great...until now, Their Rx refill by mail used to be wonderful. It saved me from dealing with the "City of Kaiser" (pet name for HUGE metropolis) just to refill my pain meds. NOW THEY CANCELLED IT! I took a day off to go get a HARD COPY of my prescription (from Dr.) and then wait in line for refill (instead of going to my mailbox). If people want to abuse drugs THEY WILL FIND A WAY...Hurting your diagnosed chronic pain patients WONT FIX IT! #BooKaiser :-(
I have been in pain for 6 months. Kaiser refuses to perform an MRI to figure out why I have been hurting so long. I was told only surgery patients get MRIs. I could not get the results of my x-ray until I went to another office and paid $5 for it. I have had to delete my phone number because I was getting 3 calls per week urging me to get a mammogram. look out . you can pay your bill . but they want me to pay for an appoiment for my husband. Not my co pay . What up with that . 47 minutes on hold , now my call got droped .
