I am beyond upset with the lack of communication Kaiser has within their system, I have been fighting an uphill battle with my child for two and a half years or so now. I have had it. How is it that somehow records show my daughter has never been to a single follow up apt with the specific doctor we need to help fight out whats going on with her but yet i can look it up and it shows for the last two years we have gone to see him every 6 months or so to follow up. Im so dissapointed, i went for my check ups during my pregancy everything was good. I was asked if there was going to be pictures take and also if anyone was going to be recording i said yes to both. May 5, 2015 my water breaks im at the hospital when im ready to have my baby the nurse tells my mother she can not record?! They assured me i could and at the most special moment they say no? If you were cursed with chronic and acute pain for close to 4 years from a relatively common condition, what would you do? Update on my baby brother Josh Spears: Kaiser Permanente spoke to him last night and said their hands are tied. My brother asked if they have checked with their other doctors outside of the county, state, etc and they told him they don't have resources. They had record breaking profits last year and they have no resources? Health Insurance companies work for their patients and wouldn't exist if it were not for them, how can they say that to him? Apparently, allergy department could care less if you are allergic to bees.... since they have cancelled 4 appts. In a row for venom testing... after wasting the first appt i requested specifically for a bee allergy test by testing me on crap I was already completely positive I was allergic to and could care less about. .. I already know I am allergic to cats and everything on earth basically ... but I also know they don't kill me... I asked about bees. #thrivemyass

This hospital is horrible. Nurses on cell phone while standing at patients door way I have a photo. Leaving feces on the bathroom shower floor for over 8 hrs. I will be reporting this. If you are not white or Asian You don't get served. Unless your voice is heard Young or old. 5th floor nurses suck.

My husband was just released after a 10 day stay for an infection and other condition that was very difficult to figure out. His doctor kept at it until he figured it out and the staff was unfailingly kind and caring toward my husband. He's now in rehab and improving and I am very appreciative of the great care he received!
