If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is always a nightmare and so disappointing. I do want to thank nurse Natalie Todd and Doctor that assisted us, Kaiser should seriously hired more people like them that don't brush you off or get annoyed because you're asking questions.

They saved my husbands life! Came into ER for a fever, found a heart condition he added born with and a leaky valve!. Had surgery at Sunset, again received excellent service! Wouldn't give up Kaiser for anything. Maybe not always be 'perfect ' but nothing ever is. And they are leaps and bounds above the competitors.
Everytime we go in to er we r in and out. Both my kids were born here and i had the best exsperience with kaiser been going here my whole life love it

Went to see if the severe rash I broke out in was contagious. I explained my situation. No one could see me and there were over 50 people in urgent care! Screw this, came home.
Hope to god that you don't have any eye trubble with your eye/s on a Sunday because not only is the optometrist closed on Sundays but Kaiser will charge you full price for a prescription from another optometrist
I've been coming here for 25 years today was the absolute worse experience ever. I swear I'm wondering what I'm paying for. Brought my daughter in having a sickle cell crisis in her chest having problems breathing and we're still waiting to be seen. Didn't assess her or anything.... just 5 people ahead of you it'll be a wait.
