Check in staff in urgent care was very rude today. They should remember they Choose to be at Kaiser Today
I don't how to explain my self with out being rudee!Omg my last experiences there have been horrible .....that correct word is UNPROFESSIONAL I don't what heck is going on with this facility ...some of the staff like receptionist and pharmacy are just rude..n don't get me started with some of the nurses just woww I don't understand this people if u don't like your job then why are u there!!!am highly disappointed I used to recommend family n friends to this facility no way now!!! I received excellent care and customer service from the staff from check in to the nurses but the Dr. Was dismissive. I was just a number and he didn't care about anything. Just came in saying what I wanted and sent me home with Tylenol. When I tried to talk to him because of my pain he said that we'll try this. If it doesn't work come back. With the amount of money it costs me just to be seen I'd rather go back to beaver. Dr. Gates was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.
I was admitted with a mysterious health emergency and from the emergency room to my stay in the hospital, I was attended by very caring, concerned, diligent, courteous, professionals. The food was pretty good too and THAT surprised me! Many have had their issues with Kaiser, but I hope their next encounter will be with the type of professionals who cared for me .
It's overcrowded with people now. Long waits for everything...and let's not talk about parking- ugh!!!! If there was better options in local hospitals, I would stop being a Kaiser member. On a positive note, I do love my doctor
