I would give zero stars if I could..... Here is my husband's story. My husband had a fishing lure stuck in his finger and went to the Kaiser ER (Zion Location) in San Diego on Sept 17, 2017. Complications began as soon as nurse attempted to remove the lure. He tried many attempts to cut the hook off without the proper tools which led to cause excruciating pain.
