Every staff member ive dealt with have been kind and courteous, even during flu season. Sadly, todayi once again was in the E. R. And i want to thank the awesome nurse and dr i had on first shift. Thank you two wonderful women of B ward. And to the kind nurse on second shift tho i didnt get to tease and joke with you as much. Thank you for taking such good care of me today.
Everyone was kind and showed much concern and empathy towards me...Doctors were well knowledge and very accommodating in providing me with the correct care so I would be comfortable for my surgery...
Had Kaiser for thirteen years and never had a problem. This facility is the one I used frequently. I miss it!! I had to change because I moved out of state.
