Chest xray for 3.5 hours? Really. Poor service.
My mom passed away of covid on January 25th and when we went to collect her belongings they gave us her clothes and shoes. But her purse with her car keys and brand new iPhone had been stolen. She was in a covid-19 where there was restricted access to staff only. Someone who works there stole my dead mother's belongings. Vultures!
The customer service is horrible and they’re thieves. My dads personal belongings went missing, given away to a supposed family member which wasn’t true. And now we’ve gotten the run around and my dads gone, he passed away in their hands. And there’s no sympathy from them except nothing but rudeness and no help!

I'm an ICU nurse (not at Kaiser) my mom is currently admitted at Kaiser Moreno Valley with COVID pneumonia. Im so impressed with the care my mom has received. Whatever we ask for they make sure she gets it and timely. The physicians have called me DAILY with updates. The doctor gave me reassuring words, that as I fight on my end for patients lives he would do the same for my mom. Thanks you all for what you do 🥰
A super hero, wonderful, so so so loving of a nurse named Tammy when I stayed after the birth of my baby boy in November of 2020. She helped make his and my stay well worth it with the love she showed him so much she literally became his God-Nurse. If you see this Tammy thank you so much and you are truly appreciated and loved!!!

Huge Shout to the Labor and Delivery department. I delivered my 2nd child there and it was my first time delivering at Kaiser. I had a horrible experience with my firstborn and truly created a dramatic postpartum for me. This time...it wasn’t like that at all. Tamara Zarza was my midwife and her great team of nurses... Lani, Michelle, Kelly all of them were great! My baby came so fast she didn’t give me any time to get any kind of pain medicine and I had to deliver and feel all of it.
