Your security guard attacked me for where I parked in the emergency room parking lot, when my 60 year old father had a heart attack you cared more about where I Parked then anything else when I only parked in a handicap spot with my tag... we ended up leaving when it got verbally insane with my 5 children in the car. You guys are horrible and nobody even cared to fix this. You guys should not have people like that working in healthcare serving a community being disrespectful and I will not let it go

They could go back to original hours and appointments for covid tests!
If you have a choice DO NOT go with kaiser permanente.
Get rid of cloth seating in waiting room, clean better, enforce masks, test your workers on a weekly basis.
