Doctors are very caring and up to date on patient care. I have been a member for 47 years and I wouldn't change. Parking is a problem, though.
I’ve been a member of kaiser for 30 years. Today I visited someone at south San Francisco kaiser. They are getting good care but...the room and facilities were not clean. Coffee drips and surgical gloves tossed on the room of their floor after surgery, black mold on window sills and curtains, filthy floors and baseboards. I do judge a hospital by these things. Thankful I go to Marin or San Francisco Kaiser.
