I received excellent care and customer service from the staff from check in to the nurses but the Dr. Was dismissive. I was just a number and he didn't care about anything. Just came in saying what I wanted and sent me home with Tylenol. When I tried to talk to him because of my pain he said that we'll try this. If it doesn't work come back. With the amount of money it costs me just to be seen I'd rather go back to beaver. Dr. Gates was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.

Excellent services, my nurses were the best from my stay in ICU to my release, there care helped me to heal fast

I was taken to Kaiser South hospital with a horrible pain on my right side by ambulance. I arrived at the hospital and was greeted by a doctor who preferred to speak to the paramedics more than me. Finally I was given a bed and was told they were going to give me something for my pain. I recieved an injection on my hip and an I.V. I was passing a kidney stone at the time but did not know that.
