Wow! So, I'm already having a bad day because I'm here visiting my dad on Father's Day(he's getting better:). To make matters worse, I get accused & harassed for attempting to steal a soda.. A F-ing soda??? Can you believe that? After having a good lunch in the cafeteria I go back to the soda machine & get a refill(you get one refill). Before I get out of the cafeteria, the manager chases me down & demands, " you have to pay for that?" I stated that I already did & walked away. She starts stalking me, walking closer & says "... read more
ER could care less about people. The nurse checking my family in was rude and uncaring. The doctor was rude and doesn’t listen to the patient at all. Docs here ignore the patients and make them feel helpless. The staff is unhappy, gossiping, laughing about patients and talking about patient problems so loudly you could hear everything they say. This place has fallen apart. Absolutely disgusting how they treat people. Zero stars from me. If you have an emergency, go down the 91 to Anaheim (La Palma) ER where they don’t treat ... read more

They don’t care about their patients. My mom is in the hospital. Docs are not able to diagnosis her without completing additional tests. Those tests are not available here. We were told we would be transferred to a facility where those tests could be completed. It’s now been three days and we are still waiting. This is a joke
