I asked a Pharmacy Tech twice if I can pick up refills she said yes her name is Aurora. I rushed over after work to get it down and I was told she made a mistake and it wasn't ready after a very busy day and driving all the way to Downey from Orange County I encountered this. I asked if I can speak to a Supervisor and I was told they didn't have one and to try Member Services. Why wasn't I giving the correct information so I wouldn't of wasted my time driving out there. I understand the idea of waiting in order of severity of the illness/injury etc. when in the emergency room, however, I have now been waiting 7.5 hours and others longer... There should be a doctor/doctors assigned to what may be considered less severe cases to better serve the many patients following asleep in their chairs.
you advertise “we are there for your mental health” but my wife has been asking for help for weeks and all she gets is the runaround... sounds like you’re there... in an email... why is it so hard to see a psychiatrist?

As im sitting here at kiaser emergancy room in ontario waiting for my daughter to be attended i see a patient with need trying his best to explain himself with his health condition n the male emergency tech is just so rude careless telling the patient that hes a medical educational professional and that the patient needs to be more specific .. Are you kidding Me he needs help do your procedures medical professional .. I cant deal .. Other employees knew he was in the wrong they seen that i wasnt happy the way he was talking ... read more
