I went to get a deep tissue massage for my lower back issues. It was definitely worth it and the experience was so relaxing! I recommend this to anyone who was any muscle strain!

These practitioners do everything right and are highly professional and friendly too. Faciliities, scheduling , the various offerings and services and the cost are all high quality, user friendly and the benefits and wisdom are ling lasting. Not a bad therapist or attitude in the bunch and great flexibility to create needed personal attention Gina is top notch - as long as i live around here, i'll never go anywhere else.
My husband and I come to Kairos every month for a (fantastic) massage. The staff are friendly, professional and very attentive. The new studio is absolutely gorgeous! They’ve spent a lot of time in the details making the space relaxing and beautiful. Every therapist we’ve had is awesome. Book here and you won’t be disappointed!!
I have been to Kairos several times and every time the staff has been professional and welcoming. The massage itself was so relaxing. Every time I always ask myself why I don't get massages more often! I live about an hour and a half away, but this is still my favorite place for massages, and well worth the trip!
Don’t cancel an appointment, they will track you down and harass you to pay a cancelation fee. A very poor and unwelcoming approach to keeping business, in taking mine to a friendlier spa.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The staff is very professional, warm, and friendly. I have booked a couple's massage several times here and it has always been amazing! At the end of the hour-long massage, I never want to get up! You will not regret getting a massage here!!
I adore Kairos! As a customer who comes from out of state, they are always very accommodating when it comes to scheduling, they are very kind, approachable with questions and willing to do what they can for their customers! I LOVE the new building, I couldn't be prouder of their employees and how hard they work! I will continue booking here when I come back in town for years to come!:)
