RecommendedI snuck in a 30 minute appointment with Dawn today between work meetings and I am so glad I did. She was so attentive to my needs and problem areas and having the choice of peppermint oil to channel that Christmas spirit was great! Thanks for another amazing visit!
Annie was wonderful. I came in with intense pain in my back and shoulder that was limiting my activity. Annie, worked on my back for 45 minutes and was able to get my back to begin loosening up, and created a plan with me to continue to work on it, including at home care. I have more appointments scheduled and I can’t wait to go back.
I have been going for a monthly massage for the past 3 months and each time I feel rested and rejuvenated after! Can't say enough good things about Kairos!
