I have been to Kairos many times and I have always left feeling so relaxed and never wanting my massage to end. They take the time to get to know the clients and ask what parts of your body need to be worked on, so it is always a personal experience where I feel like they genuinely care about my well- being. They tell you what you can do to keep yourself feeling great at home and have some things for sale in their lobby area to help with home care. I am a massage therapist with fibromyalgia, so self care is very important for me to be effective for my clients. The last several days I had been having pain in my sacrum and hips that woke me up at night and disrupted my sleep. I scheduled an appointment with Gina. She listened to my concerns and focused the session on my low back and hips. I feel So Much Better! I feel blessed to work at Kairos and to have such skilled co-workers when I get to be the client!
